A good place to start your self-guided tour is Silver Spirit Gallery, located at 109 N. Bullard Street. SVA is an organizational member of this gallery, and many members of SVA have work displayed in the SVA Gallery Space. By checking out the Artist's on these web pages, you will also learn about other galleries where SVA Artists have work on display, and may use the maps mentioned above as your personal guide. Once you've sampled the art and antiques "below Broadway", wend your way west along Broadway, then go a block north to Yankie Street. Both streets feature many fine galleries and the occasional upstairs studio. Further along Bullard to the north you'll find many fine eateries and coffee houses, gift and antique shops, and yet more delightful art galleries to visit. If you find a particular artist who piques your interest don't forget to consult your "Artists Guide" to see if that artist might be an SVA member. If so you will also find other locations where the artist shows, as well as contact information for the artist. Most galleries, alternative art spaces, and museums adhere to regular hours, and most studios are opened by appointment. The studio artists are glad to welcome visitors and discuss their work so give them a call.
